So much great stuff in here man! This is so motivating for me to give flat a proper chance. flip tricks and spins are feeling more and more hard on my body but thing looks like a fun challenge that could get me back into riding! Thanks for posting man! Always love an episode from you

Thanks Colby! Rolls really are safer but the spins and flips are gonna make a comeback soon!

Flatland is definitely safer and nicer on the body, I first got into rolls after a nasty ankle injury back in 2010-ish - they have stayed a part of my riding since and will probably take over more as my body continues to shutdown in my old age 🤣
