With some questioning on what sym vs asym really means, I figured I'd share this video Dave and I made back in the day. Trust me, I know the stance/spin/hold thing is confusing. Hopefully this can help clear some things up.
TL;DW - Same side hand and front foot = asym. Opposite side hand and front foot = sym.
