Any of my street/trials riders wear any special insoles in there shoes to help with impact? Would just skate ones be fine?

i use the vans old skool pros, which come with a beefier insole than the normal old skools. i definitely appreciate the extra cush, but they aren't super stiff

i have those too but my ankles are still pretty sore from doing small street(3 set or 1 block/ledge)

currently i am actually wearing the "Vans X Demolition UA Sk8-Hi MTE 2.0 DX" and they are getting a little torn up

i am using the "vans old skool skate pro high black gum" and they are holding up really well. i just had to add some shoe goo but i expect i will be able to use them all through the summer without any problems. you could pull some insoles out of some running shoes or buy better insoles. sometimes playing with how tight/loose your shoes are can help with ankle/foot soreness as well
