Hey guys! I would love to improve my height in the jump to be able to land more tricks, any advice?

I'd say roll faster into your tricks and ''pump'' more with your legs during the last half/quarter rev of the roll up. This will allow to transfer your forward momentum into vertical momentum.

I have a bit the same problem! I think i started seeing light in this recently, by starting to take compression before seriously. I also think skateboarding can help a lot the way an ollie has to start with a pop

I thing ou can jum fairly high. Loic has good advices. I would add only you may try those things: -Practise nofooters - nothing happening so you can focus purely on jump height, not very risky and you can go crazy high. you can go for 180 nofooter, nofooter no hander. -Practice tire grabs - simmilar but you jump with your feet on pedals - try to grab the tire as high int the air ass possible, another good trick just to practice rolling hop. - Try some nofooter - tiregrabs - this may be scarry, but jumping high is not only about force, it's about self confidence too! -Late tricks. -Practise trial for couple of mounths. In case of landing tricks, jump higher is alwas good thing, but in mine experience body movement in the ari seems bo be more important.
