strength and conditioning for unicycling
Once again I have strained my back. Not too bad, should be good in a week or two. I was practising inward backside varial to tire.
I do a bit of training for my core already: various planks, bridges, squats (I could be more consistent). Almost every time I have strained my back its been doing something twisty. Does anyone have ideas for exercises (or even cross training activities) to condition me for these kind of awkward twisty movements?
It could also just be a matter of being more mindful of my fatigue level and knowing my limits, but I get so carried away in the moment haha
