Back pain and urban unicycling
On several occasions, I've been afflicted with back pain, both lower and upper back, as a result of unicycling. I think I've figured out how to mostly prevent the upper back pain with proper warm ups and stretches, but I'm currently dealing with some lingering lower back pain. If I'm not mistaken, I've heard that lower back pain is especially common in trials, which is my best and favorite discipline personally.
The issue is certainly not helped by the fact that I have a 9-5 desk job and sit like a shrimp all day, but there are tons of existing resources out there for fixing that part of the equation. Anyone have any tips on how to practice urban unicycling with minimal risk of lower back injury? I'm 24 and only getting older so I'm sure I'll need to compensate for my elastic kid body getting less bendy and resilient.
