Is this normal?
I was practicing sidespins and somehow my crank ripped the bottom of my shoe. Does this kind of thing happen often? Should i just try to tape or glue my shoe back together?

I thought some of you may enjoy it as well, there are clear parallels with street unicycling.
I’ve never really agreed with the concept of the uniqueness of a sport community though. No offense to any of you, but I’ve heard people practicing scooter, inline, parkour, BMX, all say how great, special and welcoming their community was, just like I hear at every unicycling event I go to. A sense of belonging, whatever the discipline, is all that matters I would say. But apart from that, I think Huberman brings interesting techniques, for example for dealing with fear and anticipation, that I’m eager to try myself.

Another question?
How should we distinguish between the two different fifth middle flips? Because the over flip (or underflip) could be happening after the 180 or after the 360. Do you think fifth first middle flip and fifth second middle flip are good ways of differentiating the two? Or anyone have a better idea?

Shaun Johansson’s RbF info video on trey doubles says Luke Collato invented it. In Noli’s tricktionary, Adrien Delecroix added the entry that says Loic Baud invented it. Who is right??

Not exactly a broken spoke/nipple
Anyone have this happen to their rim? The spoke and nipple are still fine, but the part that seats the nipple broke and came out. This is the second time this has happened with this rim, which is almost 2 years old so I should probably replace it anyways.

Question about callouts
So i've seen quite a few videos that are "callouts to someone", and i was wonderig how that works. From what i understand, if you make a proper high effort video and call it "callout to that guy", then that guy has to get out of the shadows and make a proper video of his own.
Is that how it works?

Opinion on circus stuff?
Just wondering what people think of circus unicycling, juggling etc. I feel like there used to be a lot of strong opinions against that stuff amongst the urban unicyclists, but lately, with Mr Mimo Goat himself riding for a circus, maybe more people can find it cool again?
